Getting Started with Post Scheduling

Scheduling your posts in advance keeps your channels active without daily manual posting. Here’s a quick way to get started with RECO.

Connect your accounts

Before you can schedule, connect the accounts you want to use. In the dashboard, go to Integrations and link Facebook, Instagram, X, and/or LinkedIn. Each platform will ask you to authorize RECO once.

Create and schedule a post

  1. Open Create Post from the sidebar.
  2. Write your copy (or use AI to generate a first draft).
  3. Add an image or video if you like.
  4. Choose the accounts to publish to.
  5. Pick a date and time, then click Schedule.

The post will go out at the chosen time on each selected platform.

Best practices

  • Batch your content — Set aside time each week to create and schedule several posts.
  • Use optimal times — Schedule when your audience is most active; RECO can help with timing suggestions.
  • Preview before scheduling — Check how the post looks on each platform so formatting stays consistent.
